AT THE OC FAIR
It has been Greggy's 3rd year, doing an appearance at the OC Fair in Costa Mesa, CA. He does live exhibitions, sculpting extravagant cakes made out of sugar. Every year, he designs a collection of works to be on display throughout the duration of the fair.
Greggy has toured the US and internationally, teaching the art of cake design. His appearances include live demos on stage theatres, speaking engagements, intensive workshops and private courses.
